He was also known as Wacker as he was known to throw his clubs up into the trees in anger rather than resolving to spend more time on the finer points of his stroke.1,2 Circa 1964, Denis Henry Hill married Mary (--?--) in England.1 Denis died on 24 December 2002 at home in Devon, at age 74 of a heart attack as confirmed by an autopsy.1,3 A Church of England service was held at St. Paul's Church in Honiton, Devon, The program stated that "As a fitting tribute to a great musician, the Collection at the end of the Service will be given to the St. Paul's Junior Choir Stalls Fund."
