Cashman was Roman Catholic and a member of Holy Name Cathedral. Anna was a member of the Catholic Women's Club and the League of Sacred Heart. When she died, Anna was living with her daughter, Miss Barbara Kenefick, at 1400 Orchard Street in Steubenville, Ohio.3 Anna C. Frank Montague Churchett was an advertising executive.1 On 21 February 1946, Frank Montague Churchett married Joan Mary Hortin.1 During WWII Frank served in the Number 1 Squadron of the Royal Air Force where, in addition to saving the nation, he performed in the Squadron concert party with the then unknown Max Bygraves, the famous British entertainer.3 He was employed in the publishing field, most notably for Country Life magazine.3 Frank also spent more than thirty years researching the family history of the Churchetts and related lines. He gathered both official documents as well as family photographs and biographical detail, and his work was much appreciated by the rest of his family.4 Frank died on 24 December 2002 at Bromley Hospital (Intensive Therapy Unit) in Bromley, Kent, at age 81 of complications from pneumonia.5 Frank Montague Churchett was buried on 10 January 2003 at Beckenham Crematorium in Beckenham, Kent.5 |
