Pop-up Pedigree
Peter Auman, son of George Auman and Elizabeth Harris, was born in 1830 in Pennsylvania.1
Peter was listed on 3 December 1850 as the only other person living with George Auman on the 1850 US Federal Census of Tuscarawas County (Sugar Creek Township), Ohio, enumerated 3 December 1850. I am assuming that George is Peter's father. His brother Jonathan lived next door with his wife and three children.. They lived at dwelling number 140. Also living in the household was a 20-year-old female named Leah Auman; I have no idea if she is Peter's brother or his wife.1 Peter Auman was a carpenter in 1860.1 |
